Electrodry is Australia’s leading carpet dry-cleaning company, with over 140 franchises across Australia and a call centre that receives over 7000 calls a week. Now providing a full-range of cleaning and restoration services, Electrodry’s signature offering is its walk-on dry cleaning system, developed over 30 years ago by Managing Director & Founder, Paul Burchell
We needed to design and develop a new enterprise platform that could easily manage all of Electrodry’s websites and be able to leverage the same functionality across each of the sites.
At the same time, we had to come up with a design that would incorporate the recognised Electrodry branding while dramatically improving user experience on all devices.
To meet these challenges, we designed & built a new website for Electrodry.
We created the main Electrodry website in the Umbraco Cloud CMS, developing a tailored functionality to integrate the new site’s lead form into Electrodry’s central booking system.
Our content team worked closely with Electrodry to create engaging & relevant content that delivered an improved user experience, while at the same time optimising the site for organic search and conversion.
We leveraged the functionality and design of the main site for multiple independent sub sites with their own unique content.
Compared to the previous July, there was a 57% leap in online bookings.
Unique page views grew by a massive 81%.
Electrodry saw a 33% increase in goal completions.
Across the site, there was a 19% improvement in page load speeds.
